Land Use Planning
I have been a planner specializing in small town and rural development since 1969, practicing in California's Sierra Nevada Foothills and surrounding regions of the central valley and western Nevada.
With both public and private sector experience, I understand the unique problems facing both individual property owners and small governments. With mutual understanding, the time and money spent pursuing and managing community development can be minimized. I take a common sense approach to land development, with my clients' budget in mind.
