SERVICES OFFERED:
- I provide all land surveying services relating to boundaries, design, construction, and
mapping. Typical services include corner searches, parcel maps, subdivisions, lot line
adjustments, line staking, easement surveys/analysis, boundary agreements, boundary
surveys, topographic mapping, house/septic design surveys, commercial/ industrial
surveys, aerial mapping, global positioning surveys (GPS), watercourse boundaries,
timber line and mining land lines and boundaries, expert witness surveys and analysis.
EXPERIENCE:
I began my career in 1969 with a multi-disciplinary surveying and engineering firm as
a surveying and engineering draftsman. I simultaneously obtained a degree in Land
Surveying from Sierra College. I obtained a wide variety of experience including
survey calculations, lot design, boundary analysis, expert witness, chainman,
instrument man, and party chief on survey field crews. I gained successful experience
in all of the services outlined above.
I began my own practice in 1981, determined to provide accurate surveying services in
a timely manner at a reasonable price. I make every effort to carefully analyze my
clients' need and tailor services to meet those needs. I communicate well with clients,
return my calls, and meet my deadlines. I am meticulous about providing a quality,
defensible work product. I network with other professional surveyors in the area to
provide unlimited depth, expertise, and performance.
